In the LMA approach, training must also be restorative; otherwise, you will never consistently train. It will be train, stop, go to doctor. Train, stop, go to physical therapy. Train, stop, and never come back. Training has to price in aches and pains; there's no way around it. If training and healing operate in two different worlds, when will you train? The LMA approach is designed with that question in mind.
