Teep Game With a Foam Pad

Once a practitioner feels comfortable with the balance ball, we move onto the foam pad, although alternatives like a pillow, mitt, martial arts paddle, boxing glove, or any soft cushion can also be utilized.

The rules are identical to the previous game, and the practitioner is still making real-time decisions, moving their feet, adapting, exploring, and developing their game sense. However, now their sense of distance is fully representative of sparring. The kicker gets used to pushing someone away with their foot, and the receiver gets used to receiving a kick.

As before, if the push is not true, it will become immediately apparent. How far I get pushed back doesn't rely solely on the exerted force but rather on the straightness, consistency, and depth of the push. "Guide me back" rather than a momentary push. Guide me all the way. The goal is to extend the push fully. Eventually, the practitioner will be able to do this very quickly.
