Levels of Hitting Intensity

To avoid confusion on how we should make contact (for sparring or hitting a bag), let me outline and describe the four levels of contact.

No contact: Rather than fully extending a touch until there is contact, this is about developing a sense for it as it begins rather than as it arrives. This will also develop an eye for differentiating the start of a movement vs. a fake while at the same time developing a realistic feint. A realistic feint isn't a fake movement, but the start of a real movement or a fully extended movement never meant to land.
